Room number, block, bed ID, and admission date. Links the student directly to the occupancy board on submission.
Complete the intake form
All fields are required. Incomplete records are not saved. Review room availability before assigning a bed number.
Submitted records appear immediately in the Rent and Dues ledger. Overdue accounts can be sent WhatsApp reminders directly from that table.
